Polyvinyl is an independent record label with a diverse family of bands, including: of Montreal, Deerhoof, Vivian Girls, Owen, Japandroids, Braid, American Football, and more. Started in 1994 by then-high schoolers Matt Lunsford and Darcie Knight in Champaign, IL, Polyvinyl has since grown into an indie powerhouse.
