I submit last week as empirical evidence that the only thing worse than two back-to-back days of nine-hour meetings is two back-to-back days of nine-hour meetings where at the end of the first day, you find out one of your good friends was in a terrible car wreck -- and at the end of the second day you find out that Adam Yauch died.
