Variety Lab's unique blend of bossa-driven house and sexy downtempo nods to Compost's Jazzanova, Minus 8, and Truby Trio. Produced by Thierry Bellia, the Lab also features Jerome Didelot on bass, Alexandre Longo on keyboards, and Jacques Tellitocci on percussion. Before releasing a record, the foursome had their smooth bossa ballad "London In The Rain" licensed to Wagram's most excellent Paris Lounge 2 compilation, placing them in the same league as Etienne de Crecy, Shazz, Readymade, and Alex Gopher.
