The Delta 72

After numerous lineup changes, this quartet is back and badder than ever, serving forth their patented blend of soul grooves and punk rock energy. Dim the lights, grab your lover, and get with it, child, cuz you're gonna dig this groove all the way.
The Delta 72 got started back in the good old days (1994) when a couple of disenchanted punk rockers decided it was time to go beyond the New Wave record bins and get some inspiration from the true source of soul: the '60s.

Blending phat bass, wicked slick percussion, skittering harmonica, and the groovin'-est organ outside of Detroit with more than a touch of snarling punk energy, The Delta 72 challenges any listener to stand up and accept the true redemptive power of rock and roll. And once those listeners are standing up, they might as well start dancing, because the smooth Booker T-meets-MC5 grooves are guaranteed to get even the rustiest hips and the most tightly-folded arms moving and shaking and testifying to the power of The Delta 72.
