Glasgow's venerable five-piece post-rock band Mogwai, formed in 1995, has released five studio LPs to date, including Young Team, Rock Action, Come on Die Young and Happy Songs for Happy People, plus a slew EPs, collections and other recordings. Their complex music is a mixture of multiple guitars, slow builds, dynamic instrumentation, and startling melodies.
