Lustre King are pretty impossible to describe, unless you see them play live you will never under stand the full madness of the band. They are best described as a Jon Spencer Blues Explosion teaming up with the the classic rock of Trans Am. Now imagine turmoil onstage as a sparely singing frontman bounces all over the stage with high kicks and poses that would make Prince take dance lessons.
And remember when you suddenly noticed that every rock band is now politically correct. Well, let me just say that the few words that come out of Mike Lust's mouth may as well come from the sleaze king himself, David Lee Roth. Regardless of the social content, Lustre King plays a lightning pace flurry of riffs that if you don't at least start nodding your head back and forth a little bit, you are probably deaf.
