Reimer Eising began his career in 2001 with a handful of singles and appearances on compilations for Planet Mu, Neo Ouija, and Kracfive. While his work is certainly inspired by Kraftwerk and the early Skam catalog (Gescom, Bola, Jega), he also fits in along with Plaid, Amon Tobin, Hab, and Friend. In other words, his music is abstract without being heavy-handed or overly serious. Kettel's Dreim, released in 2001, is a document of his upbeat beats and pleasant melodies.
