HFOC (Head Freaks On Campus?) are a subset of the club collective Lockstep Productions, best known for the noodling of DJ Instant Noodles at one-offs and guest nights in the London (England) area. They are planning a regular gathering in Hackney, East London, very soon, right next door to a brothel popular with the Scotland Yard set. "Anchored in the Bay of Sots" appears on the Fi Sci compilation Eclipse of the Moon and Falling Stars.
