Much in demand as an indie pop producer, Trevor Kampman (aka hollAnd) is, not surprisingly, an accomplished musician as well. Singing offbeat lyrics in a boyish voice that suggests a sleepy, blissful Beckover a mix of wandering, goofy synth lines, electronic bleeps, and accidental noises, hollAnd stirs up a whimsical confection of electro-pop guaranteed to make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside. The track, "Vari-Speed," is from hollAnd's first album, Your Orgasm. He has also recently released a CD single, Neoprene So Tight, the follow-up to his popular collaboration with Flowchart (aka Sean O'Neal) under the name Commercial . "Vari-Speed" is but a preview of hollAnd's coming attractions.
