Healamonster is Burgess Tomlinson's project. Burgess moved to San Francisco from New York/New Jersey area and then moved back but he's continued making music using sampling workstations and keyboards. He combines abstract and experimental instrumentation focussing on music that takes the listener on a journey through a widely varied sonic experience. Underwater Hunter is Burgess' first solo release and has been featured on Live at the Complex, a local SF-Bay Area cd complilation, put out by Entartete Kunst in 1999. It is now out of print and received critical acclaim among local abstract beat-heads.
