Harry The Bastard
Statra Recordings

For over a decade Harry (lovingly known as The Bastard) Russell has been importing dance music for Watts Distribution in New York. Twice a month at his fashionable flat in Chelsea, Russell has been secretly hosting a series of private parties for DJs, producers, and music industry insiders. At these house music soirees Mr. Russell reveals the rare gems, unreleased tidbits, and sleeping beauties he discovers at his day job.

Thanks to Brooklyn's Statra, you no longer have to be a house music hotshot to hear said tunes -- all you need to do is buy or steam a copy of Club H. Now in its second volume, Club H combines the best in low-slung atmospheric house, jazz-house, and good ole' fashioned deep house.
