Singer/songwriter Colin Meloy belts out sincere, visceral folk indie rock with his signature voice, making The Decemberists' sound one of the most recognizable on the indie rock circuit. With a sound that is endearing and distinct, The Decermberists' music is almost creepy, in a very enjoyable way.
