Colongib & Christopher Graves
Kracfive Records

Christopher Graves records both under his own name and the moniker Colongib. He claims to have grown up in the backwoods of the New England coast surrounded by robots. From the sounds of his records, this seems quite possible. Each of his works sounds like a different robot operation -- walking, talking, shaking a hand, sweeping the floor. Each song is repetitive yet also constantly shifting, aligning Graves with Kit Clayton and Pole. In 2001 he released his first full-length, Special Rumble, on Kracfive Records.
