Adm Collins
Euphoria Records

From his underground bunker in New York, Adam Collins (also known as Adm Collins) has been producing some mighty fine techno-house music. Better known as one half of Omni A.M., Collins has built up an enviable catalog of releases on labels such as Euphoria (his own), Plush (S.F.-based deep-house imprint), Temporal (London tech-house stable), Crayon (owned by tech-house guru Mark Ambrose), and Leaf Recordings (West Coast veteran Buck's baby).

More recently, Collins has taken the solo route, and he kindly offered us the first fruits of his labor. "A Friend From The Past" (which received a remix from Nurture's Peak Shift), is a departure from his Omni A.M. productions, altogether deeper with a distinctly dubby edge. "Sandle Voice" is a straightforward dance floor pumper with all those freaky Omni A.M. sounds we have come to know and love. "Long Distance Lover" -- well, you know, I'm not going to go through each track in turn, that's your job. Enjoy.
